The difficulty in the normal process of excretion of stool, the inconvenient condition in gradual excretion of stool as daily situation is regarded as a constipation. Constipation is occurred due to the lack of balance in the digestive system which is one of the massive symptoms of it. Such problem is not a major disease but the other disease gets birth from it. After the completion of the digestion process of our eaten food, the nutritive element is taken by our body whereas the unnecessary element is excreted in solid state as stool and in liquid state as urine. In order to stay healthy, it is very much significant to dispose stool and urine time to time.



 There should be a disposal of stool in every two time a day i.e. Morning and Evening to a general healthy person. If the excretion process takes place within one, two day or more than it, it is known as constipation. The severe ness at the time of evacuating the stool where stool is not good stool and is very dry, hard is called constipate. Anyone can be the victim of constipation due to irregular and non-qualified food eating habits. Among the diseases resulted by the eating habits and lifestyle, Constipation is referred as the main problem on the basis of digestive system. If it is timely cared then can be cured comfortably otherwise long lasting constipate can be harmful as well. It is caused by the scarcity of insufficient portion of water or liquid substances, raw pulses, improper diet, rest, chewing and swallowing, having harmful things such as cigarettes, alcohol and dairy items like milk, cheese, butter etc, directly working after meal, not involving in exercise, sleeping for long period of time, worried ness, fear and so on. Except the basic disease conditions like wound in intestines, tumor, paralysis, diabetes, and the uttermost consequence of constipation is unnatural lifestyle. Imbalance life in food, rest, exercise and in emotional state is observed as artificial lifestyle. The susceptibility of not having food at the time of hunger but the habit to take oily, fried, junk, short and sweet, indigestible food are the factors resulting the adverse possibility to have constipation. It also has been found in the persons, who are filled of busyness, stressful life survivors, workers without taking rest, and the fear, worry, sorrow and sadness carriers. The persons neglecting the jobs and exercise aren’t also abandoned by constipation whereas the fast reacting medicines users like pain killers and
 unconscious making tablets have been found more constipation in them. Because of it, several obstacles like high or low blood pressure, diabetes, fatness, gastric, ulcer, stomach or intestine cancer, acidity, appendicitis, dark spots, joints paining, bones rusting might occur. And might also occur mental problems like fear,worries,lack of sleep, decrease of sex capacity , decrease  of immune system etc .
Remedies for this problem and difficulty are drinking plenty of water ,avoiding junk foods, cold drinks instead have boiled foods materials flour grains vital nutrients such as curd, honey water, fruit juice make a  fixed rest schedule for  and never stop to excrete at any time and never wear tight clothes and dress for stomach. Basically always try to have enough green leafy foods mustard salad, fruits and avoid having fried and oiled foods ,try to avoid carnivorous item etc do not sleep after dinner sleep after 2/3 hours after completion of digestion, drinking ginger water also makes better for constipation. try to have daily juice of carrot and apples in the morning and try to have alovera juice try to have more water ½  before having meal and dinner and have massage by mustard oil and try to exercise walk 3-5 kilometers which makes your digestive system more effective and eradicate constipation from the body .
